<p><strong><br />Send us your CV if you have:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Experience in <strong>B2B sales</strong>.</li><li>Background in <strong>exporting FMCG products</strong>.</li><li><strong>English level B2 or higher</strong>.</li><li>Experience in <strong>logistics and contracts</strong> (preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>export documentation</strong> and <strong>Incoterms</strong> (preferred).</li><li>Higher education (Economics, International Relations, Logistics, etc.).</li><li>Strong command of <strong>MS Office</strong>, especially <strong>Excel</strong>.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Organize and manage daily operations to maximize sales efficiency.</li><li>Plan and lead the entry into <strong>new markets and regions</strong>.</li><li>Personally handle <strong>key strategic accounts and major sales</strong>.</li><li>Approve commercial proposals sent to clients.</li><li>Ensure a <strong>clear functional structure</strong> within the sales team and support them in reaching targets.</li><li>Analyze and segment the customer database; resolve client-manager conflicts.</li><li>Oversee task execution and performance within the sales department.</li><li>Manage <strong>accounts receivable</strong> and ensure timely payment collection procedures.</li><li>Participate in the development and implementation of <strong>CRM/IT systems</strong>.</li><li>Maintain full control over <strong>incoming leads</strong> and their conversion into orders.</li><li>Monitor the <strong>carrier selection process</strong> and negotiate freight rates.</li><li>Keep track of supplier markets and quickly find alternatives when needed.</li><li>Prepare and submit timely <strong>sales reports</strong> to senior management.</li></ul>
