<p dir="ltr">Supplier Account Manager Job Post</p> <p dir="ltr">MinMaxDeals LLC is a stable, continuously growing branded cosmetics wholesale distribution company. </p> <p dir="ltr">We are looking for an active and hardworking remote Supplier Account Manager with excellent communication and administrative skills and fluency in English to join our team. </p> <p>This Vacancy is a remote and full-time job.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Supplier Account Manager Salary Terms:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">$500 per month, paid every month on the 24th</p> <p dir="ltr">40 working hours per week (according to TimeDoctor tracking).</p> <p><strong>Duties:</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Search for a new wholesale health and beauty suppliers/distributors</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Reach out and create relationships by all means of communication (emails, calls, messages) </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Create accounts with the suppliers/distributors</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Get product lists/catalogs</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Building a process of cooperation with current and new suppliers</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Maintain CRM data</p></li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in business relationship management</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Stable internet connection</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Personal PC</p></li></ul> <p><strong>Software and apps you will need to use:</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Zoho CRM</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Front app</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ring Central</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Google Sheets</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">LinkedIn</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Internet research</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">and any other software related to this position</p></li></ul> <p>To connect with your ideal supplier, you will have to conduct a decent amount of pointed research. Look for wholesale suppliers by product to help you locate companies of interest.</p> <p><strong>KPI</strong> of this job is to contact suppliers, build relationships with them and make them subscribe to an offers mailing list or send price sheets with offers that we will use to place the orders. Develop and implement a supply chain strategy.</p> <p dir="ltr">KPI of this job is at least 10 new suppliers monthly and maintaining relationships and communication with our existing suppliers. </p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Monthly target</strong>: it's an ongoing job, always searching for new wholesale suppliers/distributors in the USA, EU, and Asia.
